Role: Test Lead
Experience: 7 – 12 years of Experience

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Job Description
- Insurance domain knowledge is a must; Claim Knowledge would be an added advantage
- Understanding the approach for test design phase, writing/reviewing test cases for the test conditions mapped to requirements
- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contractors
- Host a defect triage to discuss the severity with the team and defect fixing follow up with developers
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
- Publish the test summary report
- Integration testing exposure would be an added advantage
